Reactive Building Maintenance, Energy Management and Air Conditioning top the list of solutions the UK’s leading FM professionals are sourcing in 2022/23.

The findings have been revealed in the run up to the next Facilities Management Forum, which takes place in January and are based on delegate requirements.

Delegates registering to attend are asked which areas they needed to invest in during 2022/23 and beyond.

While Building Maintenance topped the in-demand services last year, the top 3 was back then rounded out by Building Refurbishment and Asset Management.

EV Charging features in the Top 10 ranking for the first time, illustrating that plug-in vehicles are now front of mind for both fleets and FM managers.
